        Absolutely ridiculous lack of providers, and rude on top of it. My daughter had a referral put in months ago, each night before her scheduled appointment we would get a call to reschedule (not even apologetically). This final reschedule we didnt get a call, only to show up and be told they cant take her, but that we could reschedule. Goodbye Pines. No please.

        Went in as a new patient and was told by the receptionist that the computer system was having issues putting in new patients, and to check back in next week to see if it was fixed. When I called the next week, I was told theyre not excepting new patients at all. Apparently this office finds it acceptable to just outright lie to people.
