We just bought our house, and Mia was there to help us every step of the way. Not only did she help us look at houses we'd been interested in, she gave us suggestions along the way. In fact, one of the suggestions ended up being the house we bought!
Through the whole process, she was professional and knowledgeable. Most importantly though, she took time to get to know us in order to properly help us. We weren't just a paycheck to her, and it showed!
If everyone in the ReMax Caribou office is like her, they are the ones to see!

Lydia Kieffer-Till was an outstanding realtor. She was always available and met with contractors to get some quotes before buying our home. She always provided the most sound advice, never pushed and she was very informative. She always made me feel like I was in the drivers seat. Her guidance was genuine and her knowledge made going through the first home buyers process reassuring and also very comfortable.

My wife and I were relocating from Central Texas to the County and were looking on Zillow at properties. We contacted Mia Pangburn at North Realty to help in our search. Mia went all out getting listings together and discussing the area with us.
After pulling together a few houses to look at I travelled up to Maine to look at houses in person. Again, Mia went all out getting viewings set up and taking time to do the walkthroughs with me. During this trip my house in Texas sold so it was imperative we got a house under contract before I left. Mia helped us find the perfect place for our needs and we are both very happy with our new home.

Lehrle Kieffer was the best realtor that we could have asked for! From the beginning she had time to talk with me and answer all my many questions. Even before we ever listed, or made any commitment to selling with her, she met with us several times to give us advice on how to get our home ready to sell. What we appreciated most of all was that she did a detailed market analysis for us (for free!) to help us know exactly price we should list for, saving us the time and money we would have spent getting our own appraisal.
After we listed our home we stayed tightly connected through phone calls and text messages about upcoming showings. She also gave me feedback on how the showings went, which helped us make improvements and stay positive. In only 11 days we had roughly 10 showings and 3 great offers. After our home was under contract, Lehrle kept us up to date on the following paperwork and appraisal. Thank the Lord we found Lehrle, because selling our home couldn't have gone any better!

My husband and I got in to contact with Mia Pangburn via Zillow to find a house. We were located in NC and knew next to nothing about the county. But Mia helped us narrow down our search to several properties within our budget. We flew up from NC in April to spend a weekend viewing the houses. We were on a tight schedule but Mia made it happen! After seeing nearly 10 houses over the course of 1 weekend, we made an offer on a lovely home in Caribou!
