I'm not reviewing the person that showed me the property, she was sweet, quick in response, and pretty helpful. She gets 5 star for her work with us even if it didn't work out. My poor rating is going by a credit score system that's set up for people to fail from very long ago issues that have been worked or being worked on and still get charged an outrageous price. And a $60 non refundable application just to be told afterwards, that there were other interests....I wouldn't have spent the money knowing other people were looking when I wasn't under that impression before. Now the house I looked at was cute-and heat included which was a huge bonus right now...but! The house did have some issues and was very small for it being $2,125 a month which is insane. I had to come up with like 5 grand + to move in. I'm sure this is doable for some people but most the hard working population it's not. I have many good references, and good job and I still wasn't able to lower that. I was also told while I was coming up with the money to rent they'd continue to show it first come first serve. I get that when someone is hard up for money, but with a management company it's kind of the first I've heard. Usually, when you go through the process and you say that you'd like to move the first of the month after the credit check you paid for was done and established an amount...then you work and wait for that person. So after I heard they'll show it and possibly rent it while I come up with the rest of what I needed (I had half) than I realized I do not think they wanted to rent to me, and that may have been why it was made harder and more stressful which no one needs these days. This is my first experience with this property management so I don't know fully everything, but this is the experience I had. They could be great people and have good reputation for all I know. Just stating my experience.
