        Carol is best man, that can rescue you in any situation. He is a very nice guy generous, funny, and including he's a people person. You can't ask for a better guy I happy I got the opportunity to even meet him keep up the good work. We need more people like you.

        I had an excellent experience with this company several nights ago. I drive a semi, which had broken down at one of my delivery sites. My maintenance person contacted Leonard's, and Carl showed up (about 100 miles from their location) exactly when they promised - around 12:00 midnight. Carl was nothing but professional. He willingly wore a mask, at my request, and let me climb into his sleeper (which was very clean!) for the two-hour ride. He was friendly and respectful the entire time. I highly recommend Leonard Automotive!

        They were able to send out a mobile tech immediately with the tools and ability to weld the rear shackle on our RV. The tech had the additional metal stock to strengthen the shackle beyond the original design. As soon as the Tech arrived, he recognized the issue and proceeded to fix it in efficient manner.
