This is the third time I have stopped at the Walgreens store in Windham on one of my days off to pick up a prescription to find out that the pharmacy is closed. I understand that things are hard right now but how are people supposed to pick up their prescriptions on their days off if the pharmacy is closed?? I like many people only run to town when I need things, so when I run to town to pick up a prescription and I am able to do that and have to go on a different day its very Inconvenient!!!

Look: I get it. Everything is terrible. Everyone is short-staffed and over-stressed, while still trying to keep corporate happy by meeting specific numbers. But when I can hear you lift and drop the receiver after calling TWICE to ask questions about an appointment, whatever patience and understanding I have goes right out the window. Have the day you deserve.
