Packages from here are continually late/delayed, and recently, I got a note in my mailbox saying they were: sorry that they missed me. Its quite ironic since I was home the entire day and absolutely no one came to my door, knocked and/or rang the doorbell. Are your employees that lazy now?

I would love to know who exactly started delivering to my mailbox in the last year because I just found and picked up three trash bags FULL of my mail that was never delivered with my name and address on it...Scattered throughout the woods underneath leaves and sticks behind my mailbox is my mail. (now that the snow has melted its visible) Mostly trash mail like coupons etc but not all of it. Sketchy as hell

I put money In my mail box for a good delivery and saw the mailman take it even though there was a sticky note on it. I went in and explained the situation and they did nothing to help me

We rarely receive our packages, instead we get slips saying unaccessible or mailbox full even when that's not the case. When asked I've been told, truck is too full to access or carrier had restrictions. Although they don't deliver our packages, they often have the packages on the truck and so they are unavailable for pick up. Would like some clarification on best way to get packages delivered.
