Our initial conversations with this company have been fantastic and, while we havent yet built with them, we cannot reconcile some of the negative reviews here (many with no accompanying explanation) with our experience thus far, and just wanted to share our honest feedback as potential clients whove actually interacted with their team. Well certainly edit if this impression changes, but early in the process our conversations with Eric, Pete, and the team have left us feeling nothing but excitement and looking forward to an exciting new part of our lives.

Thought is was past due to post a review of BBI as I'm sitting in the beautiful home they built. I am a veteran who has lived past 7 years in a single wide so the 3 bedroom 2 bath open format I choose feels like a castle. People who buy regardless of what company needs to understand the country is out of and eagerly waiting on micro chips for sleep apnea machines to Mediciations even certain food and drink items. While leaving politics out of it If the builder younchoose is waiting on a material that's coming later then estimated have some understanding that this country is "IMP" being run by 12 year Olds. And I said leave politics out of it lol. Love my home. Great company. Thank you BBI- Joseph
