Northern Light Pharmacy

Im autistic and was released from the hospital 4 days after open heart surgery and the pharmacy assured the nurse at the hospital that my insurance would cover the scripts. When we got there the pharmacist refused to put them through to my insurance and when i walked away upset instead of giving her cash told them i couldnt afford it they called the police locked the doors and pointed me out to customers telling them im a danger and to hurry in then lied to the police about me. They gave other customers my name and pointed out the van i was inside of in the parking lot. That is a hippa violation and im in the process of suing northern light. This pharmacy lacks professionalism and patient/customer privacy. By the end of all this i got a free lawyer and no criminal charges and the staff at the pharmacy was caught in lies to try to get me arrested and documented by the bangor police. They also filled the scripts for us except for one but charged the donating visa card the donator used from the hospital staff for all the meds and then i had to also pay for the missing script. I am so outraged and have zero confidence faith or trust in any part of the northern light system I promise this pharmacy either will close very soon or they will be forced to hire all new staff and i will be $20000.00 richer

This place went down hill when Bill Miller sold it. If you sign up for deliver they dont deliver. You ask for a call when the meds are ready. Either they dont call or they say its ready ,you go to pick them up and have to wait 40 min. Switched over to hannafords pharmacy better serve there
