        Great work at a fair price. Toby does great work and has given us great guidance on projects without trying to upsell us for the sake of his wallet. He and his son are timely, hardworking, kind, and trustworthy. Weve been very please with his work from our chimneys to an emergency shingle repair after the big December windstorm.

        Toby reflashed our chimney this spring and I have waited until after the summer to rate his work. With all of the rain this summer it has really put the test on Tobys work and I am glad to say he passed with flying colors. Toby gave us an estimate and did the job in the timeframe that he said he would, he cleaned up the job site and did the job for the estimated amount. I highly recommend him and his company

        Signed a contract a year ago for chimney repair...said he'd get to the job last fall but didn't...said he'd do it in the spring but didn't. Texted in late June to see where he was at...said he couldn't do it and then wouldn't answer my calls...just rude and unprofessional. Hugh waste of time...unreliable. Probably for the best...can imagine a flake like that does good work.

      We do apologize that we were unable to get to your chimney. There are a few untrue statements here in your review though. First we have a signed proposal from you dated October 5, 2021 but we did not receive that nor the deposit for the job until approximately November 12, 2021. We sent you an email message on that day telling you that we recieved it and would contact you in the spring. If you remember correctly you called us late October about getting the job done and we told you we hadn't recieved a deposit and we do not schedule anything until we receive the deposit. You told us your wife was supposed to send it out. By the middle of November it's getting too cold to do chimneys so we normally try to only do ground work. Unfortunately we had been short staffed this spring and had many other jobs to do that were scheduled before your chimney that had to be done. We sent you back your deposit and added 10% for the inconvenience. Again we do apologize.
