Not sure where to start. We have known Kim for quite some time and recently asked her to keep an out for a single story home, with attached garage and few acres of land. She was on it like a hornet. In a matter of days we were looking at a couple homes and found just what we were looking for. In turn we had her sell our old home and within 5 days it was under contract. she will work hard for you, I promise!

Im so glad I took my friends advice. In all our dealings, Kim was personable and professional, always available to answer questions and offer encouragement. She was just the guardian angel I needed. Kim scouted out the property, carefully checked the records, and verified a couple of selling points I wasnt sure about or didnt even know of. Her knowledge of the market enabled us to set a listing price that was both realistic and well above what I had expected.
