The customer service is on the same path as the titanic. If you are looking for a lawn mower blade , you might be okay, but if you are actually looking to get a part for a piece of farm equipment, good luck.

great place they seem to have everything a person needs.i bought a new 1023e JD and the salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable. everything went smooth, they were very knowledgeable in the shop as well installed all my attachments in a very professional manner. I was in and out in no time and it was delivered right on time by another professional who explained everything when it came off the truck. GREAT PLACE THANK YOU John Nason and Howard Hapworth ,Fairfield Maine is the best Ag &&Turf
