        We've been using Gregory's since last fall, and they've been fantastic! We've also rented a dumpster to empty our cellar, and it was super easy dropoff and pickup!

        Worst garbage disposal company. The skipped pickup in January, I've had a full dumpster for 2 months with a bill paid a month ahead. I called them at the beginning of the week and they promised they would be here Friday. Well, no trash truck, and an eyesore for my whole neighborhood to look at as my dumpster continues to overflow. I'll be switching to another provider ASAP.

        Establish services with Gregory‘s in May 2020. Throughout the time that I received services through Gregorys there were always issues. Ranging from the dumpster not being picked up on schedule days two most recently billing issues. When I establish services I said it up for auto payments so I would not have to worry about forgetting to pay the bill. How ever this month my dumpster was not picked up and when I called to inquire why they stated that it was for non-payment. HoweverI reviewed my bank statements and could clearly see where they had been deducting money from my account except for November 2020. I was informed that they had to run my card each month and it was declined however I could clearly see where the money was coming out of my account. When I last spoke to them they told me that I had a balance of $87 and change due to nonpayment in August 2020. This was after they had charged me twice in August and then refunded the money according to their records. However when I reached out to my bank they informed me that no refund had occurred. When I reached out to the office specialist at Gregorys inquiring for more information about the refund in August she stated that it had been voided and the money was never taken out. However I inquired about why it was voided and she stated it was because I had reached out to her which I had due to the money being deducted out of my account. Service: House/garage cleanout
