Still thinking about the cinnamon bun w/ cream cheese frosting. The cinnamon bun and coffee combo was exactly what I was looking for! The owners was so nice and professional and I enjoyed our conversation. I always stop by for a cinnamon or pecan bun when im in the area. 10/10!

I recently attended a fundraiser for Volunteers Of America where this truck was the main (and only) event. The event was well-publicized so I figured I'd be in for a long wait in line. To try and prevent a long wait, I planned ahead and took orders from my employees and showed up about 10 minutes before the event started. There were 4-5 other people there ahead of me. The event started and the proprietor was shocked to find that several of us were there to order more than one cinnamon bun. Other people had done as I had - they had taken the orders of their coworkers and employees. The owner decided the best way to approach this was to allow people BEHIND us in line who were only ordering 1 or 2 cinnamon buns to cut the line. It was irritating, but those of us at the front kept our mouths shut.
The whole process was excruciatingly slow. When you think of food trucks, you think of FAST service, and as the owner was by herself, the service was anything but fast. Eventually, a woman behind me in line got irritated enough to speak up and the owner said she was going to run out of buns - after only having served around 6 customers. She mentioned having already served 400+ people "at Hannaford" that morning, which tells me she came completely unprepared to this fundraising event. We suggested to the owner that she honor the orders of whomever was in line first and if she ran out, she ran out. She finally agreed to serve those of us who had been waiting the longest. After 40+ minutes in line (remember, I was only #6ish initially), I left with my cinnamon buns. The lady behind me got a partial order, and the 20 or so people in line behind us were sent away with nothing. Overall, the buns were just "okay" as they were a bit dry. The candied pecans were amazing, however.
The worst part of this whole debacle, though, was that the VOA were the ones who lost out. This amazing organization could have made a whole lot more with their fundraiser if the owner of this business had brought more than 4 dozen cinnamon buns.
TLDR: Unprofessional, unprepared, and so-so buns.
