Jonas and Kate went above and beyond in so many ways! We were overwhelmed with the process of shopping for and buying a new house, but Jonas and Kate made us feel very comfortable, informed, and in control. I could not imagine a better agency to work with; I wish I could buy another house right now so we could keep working with them!

Five stars doesnt even begin to cover the rating Jonas and Kate, of Balsam Realty, deserve. Their attention to detail, their super quick responses to emails, their constant following up to make sure we were always on the same page and always working towards our goals, was beyond what I ever imaged this kind of relationship could be like. I always felt 110% taken care of by them and supported by them. They had answers to all my questions and they were brilliant at brainstorming and negotiation. They also were able to make every appointment in person and on time, even though it was quite a drive! Did I mention they both have a funny sense of humor too?! What more could you ask for? This kind of personalized, quality service is extremely hard to find and I am so glad we had Jonas, Kate and Balsam realty to guide us through buying our first house in Bar Harbor, Maine. Thank you guys so much you are wonderful humans!

Balsam Realty is the bomb. I am from CT and was in Freeport researching the surrounding areas for a home that could also accommodate a business. The short version is that Jonas and Kate are my heroes. The long version is that they took on the most challenging request from me; one that most residential realtors would not even think to take on, and then the wild goose chase commenced. My plans morphed repeatedly as my circumstances changed and they never skipped a beat. They tirelessly kept up their pursuit on my behalf and tolerated my tantrums, personal dramas and often competing requests. I am now in my new home. It is the best of everything I was searching for and, to boot, I feel like I can call on them for referrals for everything from electricians to hairdressers! Call them. They are simply amazing realtors who will help you find the home of your dreams.. and in the end youll want to call them your friends. Theyre that good.

I cannot say enough good things about Jonas and Kate from Balsam Realty. They worked so hard, and provided such a steady hand in picking and purchasing our new home. The industry knowledge they have is invaluable, and through their recommendations we had an excellent inspection process. With their help we were able to achieve what usually would be next to impossible: an extremely rapid yet traditional closing. I could keep going and going. I will recommend them to any and all who would listen!
