If you make a mistake and forget part of the order you should correct it especially when the customer is in the store with her wallet open for you. The servicers need support and direction. They are lost without management. This was a Sunday.

Love this location and the bread is always fresh which matters alot when it comes to Subway sandwiches

Went to get a footlong sweet onion chicken teriyaki, the kids intentionally puts less meat in the scoop than he's supposed to, dumps it on the over proofed (bigger) roll and leaves half of it in the scoop then did it again and looked at me and apologized. The kid then had the nerve to sound surprised when I said I don't think so and walked out.
Perspective from a former subway manager: the training in this place is lacking, they're financially strapped, they can't afford decent management and the owners are so overwhelmed that they just don't care. Miss this spot in favor of somewhere that success is a priority not an afterthought.
