I've had a great experience with Birch Hospitality managing my vacation rental home for the past 2 years. Jeremiah and his team are highly professional, organized, and do a lot to help reduce the stress of renting a vacation home to strangers. They are great at communicating with guests, doing everything they can to make sure the guests have a great experience, and getting those 5-star reviews!

This was my first investment in a high end, short rental property. Without Birch Hospitality we would not have had the successful start that 2023 has been. I did not realize the amount of work and attention to details that it takes to make a property like ours successful. Birch Hospitality has been everything I wanted plus!!!!

My experience with Birch Hospitality has been nothing short of exceptional. I started doing business with them in May 2023 .Ive had 12 tenants and all have given a five star review. Jeremiahs communication with the tenants has been incredible. He does whatever it takes to make sure the tenants are taken care of no matter what they need. I feel the fee that I pay is worth every penny . Im looking for another rental property which I would gladly have them manage.
