#UPDATE# I finally connected with Peter. Techincal Glitches and spam folders prevailed. He was extremely Helpful and we are switching. I have changed my rating to reflect my current status as I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness. We will see what the future holds. Thanks Peter for making sure we connected.

100% recommended Peter and farmers insurance. He is quick to respond to calls and questions and really cares about you and your familys needs. My husband had an accident last year and Peter was quick to start filing a claim in middle of evening for our family and to get the ball rolling with everything we needed to do to resolve the issues.

My crazy hectic life is very fast paced. To say I'm a little all over the place at times is an understatement! Usually things that I'm not all that passionate about (for example, let's just say limited liability insurance) they tend to get put on the back burner until the absolute last minute. Usually rendering me in a state of panic. ENTER Peter! The world's most flexible man (schedule wise). He has a passion for not just insurance but more importantly for people. I've called Peter many of times, usually in a state of panic because my procrastination game is strong! But everytime he always gets me exactly what I need and he's lightning fast at it. When people ask me, "who's your agent?" I used to just say the brand name that rhymes with "8 charms" ;) and that's because I just usually got the 1-800 number. I didn't have a working relationship with my previous provider. I didn't know that was even a thing. I just thought insurance was something the government made you get. But! now when people ask, I proudly say Peter Nguyen! He just gets me! :)

Peter's a great guy who really cares about his customers. Anytime I have a question regarding my policy I know I can pick up the phone and call him. I absolutely cannot recommend him enough.
