        Sorry for miss understanding the original survey's instructions because I did want to comment on how professional Angus McLean and Sam were. They did not rush but were very thorough. They explained the care of the countertop along with warranty coverage to include how to handle repairs if incurred after warranty. They cleaned all surfaces, removed all trash and asked if I had any questions. Again professional work. Well done.

        Absolutely abysmal customer service. We were not informed that the a time of signing our contract in August that we would have our template done in November then go 46 days without running water in our kitchen(due to our countertops being removed and sink disconnected) before they could install the new countertops. They dont return phone calls either. No sympathy. No apology. Just told they simply couldnt fit us in despite having been on their books for 5 months. Go anywhere else.

        It's been a year since I got my new island counter. I just recently finished converting the rest of my counters to the new quartz ones. Again, my experience with Granite design was great. They went above and beyond to help me when I needed to get a new sink to fit the sink opening after my old sink broke. From the installers, to Lisa and Lucien everyone was professional, always there when they said they would be and answered my texts when they didn't have to. Home Depot was also great in helping me search for the sink that would fit. Alex, Jerry and Sammie were kind and very helpful. Going the extra mile was such a wonderful outcome for me....Thank you ...

        Great product through Home Depot at great price. Granite Design crew Loren and Matt were friendly, respectful of our home and did wonderful workall at a fraction of the prices charged by local building supply stores. Installation done within promised time frame. Very pleased with the results.
