Sam will listen to you, and set up exercises, weights, Stim therapy, as you may need. Hell try to push you, if he thinks you are ready. Hell have you back off to comfort level easier for you, if first is too much. Ive been more than satisfied with them. I highly recommend Saco Bay Pt.
