I was looking for a master plumber to repair the drain and attachment on my farmers sink which had only been installed 13 years ago by another plumber. He was prompt , arriving at precisely the time he gave me, and professional. He truly is excellent at his trade. It was problematic and the farmer sink is thick so he modified a drain that would fit but he had to use tap and die it so the drain would work. I was very happy. He talked to me about the repair as he was creative problem solving to do a professional job. Thank you so much. Will definitely recommend him and use his services again. Recommended by landlord of a house we're renting. The owner who is the the namesake of the business isn't what I'd call socially skilled. We needed a shower head replaced, a leaky kitchen & bathroom faucet and a leaky bathtub addressed. He did the jobs but, throughout multiple visits all he did was complain. He complained about the situation, the quality or lack of quality of the product we, not the landlord, purchased for the shower head replacement. It seemed to me he was put out to actually have to do the work. He grumbled and complained the whole time. He talked a lot, which made his time working on the shower head excessive imho. Now, having said that, he was knowledgeable and gave us good feedback. He found the rest of the issues originations, repaired them and let us know what had happened and why. My only other complaint was when he initially inspected the leaky faucet in the bathroom, he said it would be less expensive to replace the whole sink than fix the leak. My landlord purchased a new sink and we called him back. He then said that he 'knew a trick' & we actually didn't need to replace the whole sink. This was frustrating for both myself and the landlord. It added an extra trip and added costs. He's good at what he does when he's in the mood to do it. I wouldn't personally recommend him but, that's just my experience. Others are very happy with him. I'm calling this a neutral review. Not bad, just neutral.
