I went in to the urgent care expecting to wait, and only waited about 20-30 minutes and then the appt itself took about 15! Everyone from the front desk to Patricia, the NP, was lovely. She answered my follow up questions in the portal quickly, and I even received another message just following up which a super sweet touch. Im kinda braving my medical situation alone, so its just very kind and Im very grateful to this office.

This place is a disaster from start to finish. Waiting room isn't big enough, cesspool of illness. Paperwork error from checkin person. NP was condescending and spent 3 minutes with us after waiting almost 70 minutes. She didn't even give us a check out paper with her recommendations. They give you a check out paper before you're even seen so it's only a billing receipt. Should have gone to windham, they are so much better.

Won't go back. The NP was condescending the couples times I didn't understand her. She mentioned a category of Drs for which there are more than 1 type, so I hesitated and she repeated the category like I was dumb. She also didn't listen well. I told her I had tried something that didn't work, and then when I was leaving she said to stop using it. I'm sure I had used past tense. I had mentioned it and brought the product in to prove I'd tried it to be sure she didn't recommend it. Also I went with a minor issue that I've had often and have gone to other walk ins for. Never before did I get drilled about one specific part of my medical history that's totally unrelated to what I went in for. I wonder if it was more for selfish nosiness about something very personal to me than helping me.
