I contacted them and the owner Brian picked the phone up right the way and offered his help! They are extremely busy hard working professionals and try to fill everybody in and keep everybody happy. I didnt meet the owner but his son Dustin came, helped me and got the job done extremely well and professionally, I was blown away how fast he opened the boiler, replaced the part that didnt work and fixed the problem in no time! He worked all day before came to my house at the end of the day but despite the tiredness he was smiling , very knowledgeable, helpful and answered all questions I had. Keep the good job guys we do appreciate your help much knowing how extremely busy the plumbers are these days! I will recommend them to all my friends and definitely will call them again! Thank you Brian and Dustin, great job- you saved my house in winter and Im so happy to have hot water and heat again!

In an emergency situation, with a broken pipe in my house and no water following a couple of the coldest days in state history, I was in desperate need of a plumber. I found out that the one we had previously used had retired, leaving me to call a number of local plumbers who I had no experience with. None of them answered the phone or returned messages, except one company who told me that since I wasn't an existing customer it would be at least a week to come out. To a house without water. Luckily, my wife received a recommendation to call Johnson Plumbing, and not only did they actually answer the phone, they told me they'd be out as soon as possible. I received a text message less than two hours later telling me they were on their way. They were then able to find the broken pipe and also repair it that same day. Amazing customer service. Kept us appraised of every step, were extremely personable and even cleaned up after themselves. I literally cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thanks again for everything! -Mark
