The hygienist and dentist were amazing with my 5 year old! Very patient, kind, and everything someone would look for in a pediatric dentist!
My concern is with their front end manager. She was instructed to schedule a consultation with me to go over a few items. Anyways instead of her scheduling that for an appropriate time she printed off papers with the information and numbers that were not even accurate during check out. I had my child ready to leave and we were in a very exposed area I felt to be having the conversation she was trying to force on me at the time. Even after expressing concern to her she kept trying to push on.. She finally agreed to schedule the appointment for a time that I would be able to give her my undivided attention. Hopefully come that appointment there is a private space to talk about my childs medical needs.

Dr. Mike and his team were fantastic, my daughter was scared and they patiently helped her through the whole procedure, to the degree that she now knows dental work is something she can handle!
Thank you all for doing so much to help sensitive kids!

I cant say enough great things about YCPD, the office staff, dental assistants, and Dr. Gary are so warm and welcoming (I havent met Dr. Mike but from what I could see from afar, he appears to be just as wonderful!). My daughter is so comfortable at her visits and gets excited to go to the dentist now.
For a child to be excited to go to the dentist says a lot about the character of the practice and the people here. Thank you YCPD!!
