        I havent met many residents yet but the staff has been very welcoming and easy to talk to. The apartments are modern and well thought out. Any issues weve had maintenance is quick to fix! Looking forward to enjoying the outdoor amenities this summer!

        Great location and solid alternative to expensive downtown Portsmouth NH rentals. This place has a pool, great gym and new apartments with nice fit and finishes. I am moving here Jan 2024.

        I absolutely love living here!! The location is amazing everything is less than 10 minutes away! If you do have a problem maintenance responds incredibly fast. Everyone is so polite and kind. Patty and Kyle in the front office are so welcoming and willing to accommodate you in anyway they can. Just every aspect of living here has blown me away!

        buildings went up suspiciously fast, and Ive heard many complaints of facilities not being properly built, wiring etc
