        Very friendly staff that most likely deal with issues and concerns on a daily basis... must be quite taxing at times. Anytime I call they are extremely understanding with my concerns. When we purchased our house here in kittery 9ish years ago the sidewalk snowblower was ripping up our grass every winter, I spoke to them once about our concern with the cost of grass seed and we told them we'd make sure the sidewalk was always clear for them after every storm. Years later they still honor their word and our lawn looks amazing every spring! Love this town!!
