Fishmongers in Kittery has the freshest , best fish around . It is all line caught and Captain Tim provides daily a large assortment of the best fish . You can taste the freshness always ! We have been going there for years even when he just sold it out of his truck . The restaurant is really cute with delicious varieties of great food- their fish tacos are so good ! They have live music on Fridays and have created a really fun , great looking atmosphere ! We would never buy our fish anywhere else ! Dont miss it !

Live in the area and for some reason had not stopped in until last Friday night. Two weeks in a row and best seafood we have ever head. Great music as well. Met Captain Tim last week and he told us about his boat and the fish he catches. Add this to list of best restaurants on the Seacoast (and they are all in Kittery). When can I buy a NE Fishmonger Sweatshirt?

Best lobster roll I've ever had! This was the first time I ate here but not the last! The lobster roll was packed with prime lobster meat (big chunks of claw and tail) and dressed lightly - just the right amount of everything. The toasted brioche roll was the perfect compliment as was the fresh coleslaw (also delicious). We met the owner - he was very friendly and helpful and I understand from my friend (who is local) that he gives a lot back to the community. This is just the kind of local business I want to support!
