My Doctor called in my prescription at 530 I went to the pharmacy at 630 to get it. They told me it wasn't ready that it would be ready in like 45 minutes. My prescription was not ready. I called at 7:55 PM. They close at 8. They wouldn't let me in the store to pick up my prescription. So I can start my medication for my pneumonia

Called the pharmacy at 7:49 sat on hold until 8:01 to have someone pick the phone up and hang up. I could hear talking and then my call ended. I was trying to find out about a drug interaction.

These guys are incompetent. I had to come three different times to get one prescription. On top of that, they are slow as hell

On hold for over a hour drive up to the store while still on hold not a damn person on the phone yet I'm still on hold. Just ridiculous

Been without my meds for about a week definitely switching pharmacys. worst experience at a pharmacy.
