The most rudest customer service ever. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Came there in the morning for some birthday flowers and had an awful employee with the worst attitude. Regret purchasing flowers here because how rude she was.

I called from Caribou to order a bouquet for my daughter who was recovering from surgery. I knew I wanted purple flowers, but not what kind of flowers I wanted. She gave me a lot of ideas! The bouquet was beautiful!Thanks so much.

I ordered flowers through another shop for out of town to Lewiston, guess Vals got the job, My daughters birthday bouquet consisted of mostly carnations with a plain cheap glass vase, I asked for a basket or decorative vase I paid almost 100,00 98.00 plus I am deeply disappointed in them, Ive been caring for my elderly parents and couldnt get down to Lewiston, will never have Vals again
