I used to really enjoy coming here. Now, everytime I come here, they almost always forget my straws or napkins. This is ridiculos because I specifically remind them to add the straws/napkins. The food is alright but the fries are usually very greasy, salty, and damp. The ice creams are also good. It would be nice to have a variety of different ice cream flavors though. I was thinking they could add cookie dough, chocolate, etc. I might return here.

Refused to take a valid coupon, stating that it was not able to be use yet at the same time as refusing to look at the date on the coupon. Also worth saying that is was a coupon and purchase for my 8 year old son so be careful if you want to use coupon books they sell with them, oh and they will offer to sell you the coupon book even tho they are out of them and only tell you when you are at the window to pay.

Missing food items AGAIN. When you pay $3.99 for fries you expect to get them. They always offer "free fries " next time, but I can't/don't remember. Should be able to get money back.

It's McDonald's. If you thought it was just the ice cream machine that breaks, which is a federal offense that they've been served a court order to fix, you're wrong. Their espresso machine breaks down too. But other than that great place. Fast food is fast. So they're doing good on that at least.
