I had made it very clear I was coming there to use my insurance benefit at 100% covered services, they responded they were not contracted with my insurance but do bill to it, I have now received a bill from you guys because you are not in network. You could have upfront said you are not a preferred/in network providerI did mention this to you all multiple times on phone, I just think staff did NOT make this clear and should be clarified next time going forth so others dont have this problem.

I don't write many reviews. However, I want people to know that I have had nothing but excellent care while at Dr. Jenna's office. The staff is extremely pleasant and professional and my hygienist is exceptional at what she does and a pleasure to be around. I actually enjoy going to the dentist more than I ever have. Its very hard these days to get customer service like this. I switched to LFDC after 20 plus years with another practice that forgot how important customer care actually is! And the quality of the experience does matter. I am an older client who has had decent dental care and I was skeptical when the scaling technique was suggested by LFDC, partly because the last practice I was at seemed to be "sales and marketing" me at every appointment at every turn regardless of what I might want or need! That was NOT the case here and continues not to be the case here. I get offerings without pressure. I decided to do the "scaling" Dr. Jenna suggested. My gums are healthier than they have been in a long while, no more bleeding or bad breath and minimal gum sensitivity. It amazed me. I am now back to my regular 6 month appointments with better teeth at 61 years! And an excellent customer service experience to boot. If your thinking about switching I would switch to this office. Wished I did it sooner. T. Lane
