Maine Mobile RV LLC

Last Fall, we had Maine Mobile RV winterize our Montana HC. In previous year's we've had other companies perform this type of service and it was disastrous! Moving forward, Maine Mobile RV is the only company we will ever use. They leave the inside of the RV so immaculate it makes you wonder if anyone was ever there (not the case with other companies). To our surprise, this year we received a phone call and an email from them stating they noticed we were not on the list to de-winterize the RV-with other companies, you can't even get a call back trying to schedule!! Since we never used Maine Mobil RV, we were not aware that de-winterization was a service offered. I am over the moon with their customer service & professionalism. They turned on the power, extended our bump outs, had the fridge all ready to go, checked some other things that I didn't even know needed checking. When we received the bill it detailed every little thing they did and the price was 100% reasonable and worth every penny. Thank you Chris & Tom. See you in the Fall!

Christopher & his father Tom Barter, We have had for 3 years doing maintenance on our Camper. They also open & close the camper for the season. They are very honest, reasonable & always offering welcomed suggestions.

Follow up from orginal post, notice one star again! Orginal phone call was in May of 2021 Stood us up several times, tried many times to follow up but no response, hence the orginal post. When Tom (Chris' side kick) finally called it was only after our review which he was not happy with. He wanted us to either take it down or edit it. After discussion we said we would do just that once the job was scheduled and then completed. Tom agreed and promised we would be on the calendar for May 14th 2022 (literally a year later). That day approached and we were asked to reschedule due to rain in the forcast. We agreed and set a new date for May 17th. That day came and Tom called us as he was there and will not do anything unless we take down the review. Again we said we would once the job was completed. We asked if he completed the job and he said no because we did not remove the view. Why would we remove the review when the job was not completed. He was not happy with that answer became very unprofessional and tried the bribery and intimitation tatic. When he was still not getting what he wanted he hung up. This company is not only unprofessional, has bad business tatics but thinks intimidation and bribery is the way to go. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Sad part is - we were hoping to edit our orginal review with a positive response.

Same issue as everyone else, very difficult to get a call back, VM is full. When he finally made it out and thought he fixed the issue we still have no heat! When we tried to get in touch regarding the heat issue, took days to get an answer. I was then told the part was in, but I think he is confused on what he needed to do this spring as the part he has is a minor issue! STILL NO HEAT!
