        I was sent a package from Australia, but for some reason the sender put my city and state as Long Island, ME instead of San Diego, CA. Instead of returning my package to Australia, some kind person at the Long Island Post Office took the time to open the package, find my correct address on the packing slip, and forwarded it to me in San Diego. Talk about going above and beyond! I will probably never have occasion to visit this branch in person, but someone there is awesome!

        The workers smile here - and they're always helpful. Great selection of stamps. Never have to wait in line. My favorite post office in the whole wide world.
