I asked them to verify insurance 3 times before and during my visit they did not and I had to pay nearly $500 for a cleaning and xray. It was also the most uncomfortable/painful and bloody cleaning I have had in my life. Will not return. Esp as someone with anxiety for the dentist

My five year old says this is a nice place. The water is cold and fresh. I personally have very much enjoyed the service and quality here. They are great at communicating and they do excellent work. Thank you all!

LOVED my time here with Dr. Isaac and the staff! I have had some extremely poor experiences with my dental care in the past but they have all been erased by the Gentle Family staff! Understanding, clear communication, and funny to boot! I'm thankful I have found them and that my family can finally have such a wonderful dental experience now, it's been quite the stress reliever.

I guess I caught this dentist on a bad day because I was greeted with nothing but coldness upon entering the building. I was told the day before my appointment, which I had made 3 months prior, that they didnt not have my previous X-rays on file. I scrambled and made some phone calls the morning of my appointment, including one while I was there waiting to be seen, to get my records sent in time. They did in fact receive them at my appointment time. The doctor reviewed my X-rays at the front desk, I had not even been taken to an exam room and said that the only way he would see me that day was if I agreed to pay out of pocket and have all new X-rays done that day. I asked that he just do a basic exam using the existing records because I had my 2 year old with me today (who also had an appointment) and I didnt want to try and wrangle him while having X-rays. The doctor refused and showed absolutely no flexibility or human understanding. I have no dental issues and just needed to establish the patient status to resume regular cleanings. I ended up walking out without being seen, and calling the Augusta office where I spoke with a much more personable human being. She confirmed that the doctor was incorrect to refuse to see me and I was given a last minute opening in their office instead. I hope that the doctor reads this and can explain himself because Im still absolutely baffled as to what I did to get on his bad side.
