SES Came for annual servicing of my heating system a couple of weeks ago. It hasn't run correctly since and tonight it just stopped working. I called for the 24 hour emergency service and they refused. Stay away from them. Terrible company. No Stars

Our furnace suddenly stopped working on a cold snowy winter day. I called and they came about an hour later. Furnace is fixed and great service all around. So grateful!

We have used SES twice to clean our furnance. We had a malfunction with it and they came out asap to get it back up and running so we would have heat. They are honest and stand behind their work. The Tech we had (Joel) took the time to explain everything to me and really knows his stuff.

I had an almost identical experience to that posted by Lauren Sawyer with my furnace & lack of hot water last winter.
I had been Superior Energy to clean my furnace for a few years, prior to the problems I had last winter, after getting referred to them by a friend.
After the very pricey bill without the problem being fully resolved, which included the mysterious & ridiculous drive time charges and terrible customer service experience I had (being told when I called back due to still having hot water problems, that Id again have to pay the $120 per hour drive time charge from the job theyd be coming from 1-2 hrs away, with zero concern that I already paid them to fix the problem. I was told the tech that did the repairs no longer worked for them. No concern or desire to resolve the ongoing problem was expressed to me.)
It was winter and cool showers were miserable. My plumber offered to take a look at it for me & discovered the temp control needed to be adjusted, which took him no time at all to do-thank goodness!
I am now trying to find another company to service my furnace.

Was charged almost 700$ to replace our heaters electrodes which cost 80$. When we questioned it, they're excuse was they started charging from the moment their tech was leaving the last customers house. So 2 hours of actual labor turned into 4.5 hours. As well as a seperate gas surcharge. Were told if we refused to pay it they would put a lien on our house, sweared at, hung up on, terrible customer service. Now refusing to answer our calls. Would not recommend. Service: Heating system maintenance
