Been a customer for 3 years dating back to the days of it being Rite Aid. Always out of stock on my medications. Constantly requiring prior authorizations due to being negligent. Overall customer service is absolutely terrible. If you are prescribed any type of a controlled substance they treat you like a drug addict or a low life form. Changing my pharmacy today because I just can't keep playing these games. Very unfortunate it's the closest pharmacy to my house and I've been with them for a while but unfortunately the service keeps getting worse.

Stopped at the drive thru was extremely rude, I will not list her name. If you don't like your job stay home, you are in a customer service business. So if you don't like customers probably should find a new job.
Stopped to pick a prescription up and you would think I asked to move a building... the insurance company only would do a 30 day supply, they filled it for 90. Do you want come back and pick it up, no I will wait. It took a whole 3 minutes to do it. Couldn't even say thank you, great customer service. Needless to say I travel from Bangor every day, I will get my stuff there not in Milo any more.
