Leaving reviews for businesses you've never used can result in defamation lawsuits. 🙃 Also, everyone that wants real reviews can tell fake ones apart easily - your email states it is new and this is your first review. 🤣 Do better. Haha.

We're sorry we can't give you a $2000 discount on installation, but it's certainly not worth a 1 star review. LOL. Your family member still moved forward and was very happy with their install. Unfortunately we can't change the rebates nor what the state offers for incentives or their requirements. We simply have no control. We reached out to you and explained this, but stated we would be happy to still move forward with a site evaluation if you would like. When you didn't respond, we assumed you were unable/unwilling to move forward. You're welcome to call us if you've changed your mind, but the rebates are still the same and we still can't give you a $2000 discount with us. We do offer financing now, if that helps. I wish we could do more, but we truly can't.

Stay Far Far Away from Bangor Heat Pump (now LLC, new management) This is the most unprofessional company we've ever contracted. They installed two heat pumps at our home in July 2023. The installation is still NOT complete even though they were paid in full. The system is missing some aesthetic coverings for the outside units. The company told us there were supply chain issues, but as soon as they parts came in, they would come back and finish the job. The never did. They constantly lied to us. They would schedule a time to come back and never show up, never a call. Countless phone calls made to this company, they blocked our number and never answered. We had to use a friend's phone with a number they didn't know to get them to answer. again, more promises, more no show, no contact. We finally got through to them again and they said they were dropping us. We asked for a refund and they agreed to send us a check. As you can imagine, no check ever came. They are liars, they are unprofessional, they should close their doors.
