If I could give 0 stars, that would be accurate. The absolute WORST medical office. Horrible patient care, and degrading patient interaction when you FINALLY talk to someone on the phone. VERY rude, condescending staff that should NOT be interacting with patients at all! The office is NOT organized. It should not take 6+months to try to get an annual appointment re-scheduled because they keep canceling the appointments. ZERO patient record confidentiality and multiple violations of HIPPA due to my medical information shared with someone with the same last name. Also, there have been multiple errors with other patients medical information getting added to my record. Totally unacceptable.

If I could give them no stars I would! They do not care about their patients at all! They book 3 months out even if you have an acute condition. Terrible service. Just another joke for an example of healthcare in the state.

I have always received excellent service from Karl Sitterly and assistants. I will note there is one specific doctor that you DO NOT want to see. He will not listen to you and either makes you feel stupid or puts you down
