KRE Rentals

Blaise has been our go-to since we rented an office space from KRE last Spring. I know the challenges of property management and I believe he does well navigating them. Hes always been very responsive and transparent. Hes accommodated our needs and the needs of the space itself. Keep up the good work.

They seem genuinely friendly & welcoming. I met briefly with Lena (sp) & she was super nice. Sadly, I guess I don't really fit in where I was hoping to go for a winter rental. Go see them & I'm sure they'll help you if they can.

I was interested in a couple of their rental properties. It was strongly encouraged I submit a completed application with a check for the application fee. Once they got that, they were no longer responsive. They never showed me any rentals and kept the money. I would avoid King Real Estate (KRE) if you're looking for a rental company with integrity.

Rented office space, WiFi never worked, ac never worked. Gave a 30 day notice, cleaned place out spotless asked for my deposit back, nope girl in office disconnects the phone call back goes to voicemail, call the kid in charge of that office space Blaise if that is even a real name and no answers. Stay clear of this company going by Bask Realty , King Realtor and now KRE Rentals giant Scammers. Notified attorney generals office.

Stay Away!!!!!!!!! I have been my condo for over 2 years and keep getting the same old B.S. Lies. We have had no grass, no paving, our electrical panels is wired wrong. Imagine if you rent from them. I wouldn't even give them a star! Everything i have read in these reviews is true! Anything above a 3 star is false! STAY AWAY! King, Brian and Nick are terrible to deal with and lie constantly. I have emails dating back over a year ago to back it up!
