My wife and I lived in these apartments for 2 years. Maintenance was not regularly done and almost never came unless you submitted multiple requests for the same issue to be repaired. In all 2 years my leaking window was never fixedmaking storms a hassle. Further, we quickly realized after we moved in that our apartment was not equal in quality to the other apartments of the same price and that we were missing an entire counter that the other 2 bedroom apartments had. The office did a sloppy job of keeping track of paperwork that often led to my wife and I having to pay late fees or double pay due to online payments not being tracked. After proving we paid on time they would fix it to the best of their ability, but the hassle was always irritating and easily avoidable. Many people complained getting shafted by management and its easy to see why when they do such a poor job of documenting everything and refuse to communicate with residents.

Management is extremely rude and will accuse you of doing things you arent doing then send you passive aggressive letters. When I moved into my apartment it wasnt finished with tools and stuff everywhere and they still had work to do to finish it. They finished it after skipping out on some renovations. My car got broken into also the parking lot is a sandbox with a bunch of holes in it.

This management company decides to get a new trash company and gets 4 trash dumpsters and zero recycling dumpsters. It's 2023, stop living in 1993 and get with the times. Also their yard is always covered in trash

Neighbors are obnoxiously loud, walls and floors shake when upstairs neighbors stomp around. Little to no enforcement of quiet hour policies, machines in laundry room are out-of-order. Even with the heat off, the apartment gets over 80+ degrees in winter and have to leave windows open just to tolerate it. Not worth 1300 a month and dont recommend living here.

We just moved here from Kansas City and it was a roll of the dice where we ended up. The reviews to this place trust me are very incorrect. It's the best spot in the Bangor area to live. They were the only ones willing to deal with us long distance, they made the process easy. Since being here, 0 noise, they are constantley updating ina good way, super neighbor friendly, close to the collage but these are adults and grad students everyone here is professinionally trying to get on with their lives. Scared as heck to move here after reading the reviews now I consider it a blessing in disguise. Don't let a couple of wierdos freak you out on reviews. I drove by the other places were trying to get into, OMG they were absolutley horrible. We got super lucky with Stillwater and, by the way, Orono is awesome....Bangor ehhhh. Thank you to all the managment that got us here and all the maintanance crew that work so hard to keep it up.
