I just tried to call to ask if they were accepting new patients. I called and before I could get out a Hi Good-morning, the receptionist said something rude and huge up. I brushed it off as an error in communication, called back ten minutes later, got put on hold for fifteen minutes and the call disconnected. I again called back and got their voicemail stating they went to lunch.. I will not be calling back. No idea how the Dr. Is but this review is strictly for the horrid customer service being displayed for this company.

The appointment schedule is not organized, I lost my appointment after waiting period for more than 3 months for eye exam. However, they did not show respect even their boss. I did the reservation in person when the front desk lady made an appointment for me and then on my appointment date I went to the office, and they told me that my name was not on the list! They use a pencil to write the appointment in the reservation's book, so I am not sure if someone replaced my name! the disrespectful thing was they offered to make a new appointment to wait for more than two months again.

Dr Kulls is an amazing office! The staff is so friendly, and Dr Kull always takes the time to explain the procedures accordingly and answer any questions you may have about anything check up related. Last year, I had an asthma attack / seizure (still unsure) while I was in the office during my eye exam. I was recovering, or thought I had recovered from the flu. I eventually ended up loosing my vision and hearing temporarily and was hyperventilating / sweating. Dr Kull immediately grabbed Lucy (who works in the office) who called 911 and put a cold rag on my head. She called both my parents and was talking to 911 at the same time!! While she was also walking me through taking deep breaths and removed all jewelry from me incase they needed to do cpr / making sure my necklaces were not causing a choking hazard. They helped the paramedics arrive and directed them to me, where they helped deliver oxygen and more. They knew how to spring into action and helped me through such a hard time. Then, a year later, I woke up with serious light sensitivity and irritation with my contacts. After debating going to walk in thinking it was pink eye, I gave them a call to ask a couple questions, and they immediately went into an in-depth analysis to determine what was the issue. They came into the store on a Saturday, urging me to come in. Thank god I did, it turns out I had an ulcer on my eye from over-wearing my contacts, and another ulcer forming. They called in my prescriptions, and walked me through every step until my recovery, squeezing in my appointments at lunch to make sure I was seen and my ulcer was gone. They go above and beyond for their patients and they are amazing people!! I highly recommend. Since moving, I drive 2 hours there and 2 hours back for my appointments, because I appreciate the way they do business! worth the wait for appointments 100%
