I call for a frozen water pipe. My first experience with One Stop as the plummer I have used sent all techs out before listening to voicemail. I was told by One Stop that their day was full but they would see what they can do and would call me back. My call was promptly returned and Scott was able to move jobs to another day to accomodate my emergency. As a first time customer I was treated very well and I will definately use One Stop again. My bill was charged correctly as I was told verbally the rates. Thank you One Stop Home Repair!

High winds in January blew the shingles off part of my roof. One Stop Home Repair made fast work of repairing the damage. Will definitely use them again.

The December 18 storm caused a 3000 pound branch to fall on two cars and the garage as well as tearing shingles from the house. I have used One Stop for prior fascia wind damage so I called them at 8AM and they had a crew there at 10 AM. The broken rafter and sheathing were replaced and covered with Ice&Watershield by 3PM when the insurance company told me to stop repairs and get an estimate. They used some removed garage shingles to replace missing house shingles. I received the very reasonable estimate the next day and have been waiting for the go ahead to finish repairs.
Very fast response, good quality work and excellent follow-up from a company that strives to do it right. A much better effort than from my insurance company that was amazed with the quick response and how much was done in a very short time.

I asked them to come to my home and give me an estimate on installing a bathroom in my basement, finishing off a room in the basement, and hooking up a washer and dryer. I paid the $50 consult fee. A couple of weeks later they sent me an estimate for the washer and dryer hookup, which was around $1500. It seemed reasonable, as they needed an electrician, a plumber, a carpenter, and were relocating the washer and dryer from one floor to the basement, so I told them to go ahead. I assumed they were taking the job one step at a time. The workers were very friendly and did a good job, but the office never returned my calls or made any effort on their part to contact me to complete the job I asked them to do, despite me asking them on that day when they thought they'd get back to it, then calling them about it when I didn't hear from them, then finally asking one more time (and being told they'd get back to me in a couple of days) when I went in to make the final payment on the washer and dryer. Workers are knowledgeable and friendly, but the office leaves something to be desired.
