        Not very happy with them this year. Max refund huh well they missed something on my taxes, good thing the irs noticed it or I wouldnt have got that money. So one would think I would get my tax fees back like they advertise. Nope not a word about it plus it taking almost 2 months to get state refund back cause they messed up. Probably not going back to them and Ill stop referring people like I have for the past 5 plus years I been with them.

        Useless company, came in the time frame they gave us 11:00 am -11:15 am not one person showed up. You hire useless people who do absolutely nothing glad I use TurboTax myself so Ive convinced my girlfriend to do the same and not go back to the useless individuals
