Don't do business with them!A few years back we had a minor issue with them, but decided to give it another try. Big mistake! We rented a house for a week on Peaks Island. The rental was almost $3000. When we arrived, we noticed that the house had not really been cleaned. There were towels left in the shower, a bar of soap on the floor of the tub. Floors had not been vacuumed. In the kitchen, the counters were sticky. When we began to sweep the floors, there was a DEAD MOUSE in the kitchen in the corner!!!! Whe we opened the kitchen drawers, the ants were crawling all over. The cups on the open shelving all had mouse droppings. My mothers socks were so dirty from just walking in the front door and to the kitchen that she had to throw them away! I reported these problems as soon as the office was open and the response was to get us some mouse traps! They told me that the group who cleaned is one of their very best! That is exactly what was said to our friends when they had issues.We had also been told that we would have internet. We did not, which effected my ability to do my work!I asked for a refund of the difference between the old rent and the new rent that was mainly due to internet being added. I never heard any response from Deb Hanna or the company. No apology, no explaination, no compromise. SILENCE! They are unprofessional and really do not care about their properties. They only care about collecting their money. I doubt the property owners even know what goes on!
