Wow watch out here After collecting all my PII and money he starts being vague. He'd vanish for days or weeks then pop back talking about the rental again.

Jean is the best person to go to get a summer vacation rental! We discovered PI last year on a day trip and fell in love, so we decided to rent a home for a week. We went with Southerly at Oceanside and WOW! Its a gorgeous property, with amazing views, beautiful artwork and history. We are definitely coming back! Thank you.

My wife and I were on Peak's Island and we spent some time with Ralph and his lovely wife Jean.  I find the other review to be completely opposite of what we experienced and completely untrue. Ralph and his wife are very nice, informative and very welcoming. Ralph took time out of his day to show my wife and I around the island and give us tons of helpful information as we evaluate the option of moving to the island. He took it a step further and set us up with a personal portal to view all the current listings and all future listings.  My wife and I will definitely be using them should we decide to move to the island and anyone else can feel comfortable doing so as well.

We have rented from Jeannie twice now and recommended her to many of our friends. Peaks Island is great, and Jeannie is a pillar of that community. Very friendly and works hard to help her clients find the property they want for their vacation. I highly recommend Jeannie's own house if you plan on having a big group - it was wonderful.
