Please do yourself a favor and do not work with this firm. I hired them to do my taxes and they did not report income I am required to report. When I pointed this out they said they don't usually do that and initially weren't willing to redo my taxes to be accurate, even though I gave them the info up front. They also make a mistake using a wrong number and told me that they weren't going to spend their time correcting this because it doesn't matter anyway. I hired you to do something correctly, not incorrectly. Taxes are complicated, but when you mess up you should have the customer service skills to fix it, not to yell at me on the phone.
