The first thing you will notice is the resort-inspired common areas that greet you from the moment you step on our grounds. These apartments were the nicest Ive lived in. The walls are a little thin, but its definitely not the end of the world. The staff, Deidra especially, is so kind and helpful. She makes it all worth it!! The community has events every so often which are a fun way to meet neighbors. Theres ample parking as well.

Everything falls apart. They don't check the HVAC, so many rattle and one caught fire a few weeks back. Rent is high for the low quality and thin walls. No one upkeep the the outside, mail left everywhere, or dog poop everywhere.
Last week, myself and others witnessed the building manager and maintenance changing codes for apartment doors WHILE chugging beers and wheeling around in a office chair.
I would recommend finding somewhere safer and actually "Luxury".
They even go through reviews before letting them on here, I've written multiple in the past and none have never been accepted.

It's almost been a year since my husband and I have moved in and we couldn't feel more at home! Perfect location, beautiful/crisp apartments, quiet street, welcoming management, and the upkeep of rules make it feel safer and luxury. Even during my spout of debilitating illness, I felt comfortable here with the handicap accessibilities, central air, and spacious apartment to get my wheelchair around. Yes, sometimes you can hear some neighbors or running/jumping from upstairs can cause the room to shake a little, but definitely not as much as previous apartments. Those are what you will find in any apartment building, but here it feels more private, welcoming, and management strives to keep us safe, comfortable, and following the agreed rules. I hope to keep renewing until they no longer want us lol.
UPDATE: After another year of being here, I still couldn't be more grateful. Quick respond time from Maintenance, very friendly staff and building manager. It really feels like home. Highly recommend
