        There are no words to describe how frustrated I am.. this is the 3rd time that I went to Toyota Portland Berlin city to get my second fob key I was scheduled to be there at 7am and these people wanted me to wait 3 hours just to program a key .. 1 key this is beyond ridiculous. Either their technicians dont know how to program a key or they really dont care about their customers after selling them their cars . And please stop trying to sell me stupid tires for the car they only have 20k miles on them why do I need new tires when the other Toyota told me they were perfectly okay???
