I cannot express enough gratitude for Jeff and his team's exceptional service during a recent crisis. Our basement flooded due to a power outage, leaving us in a dire situation with a failed sump pump. Jeff's prompt response and expert assistance were nothing short of miraculous. Not only did he efficiently dry out our basement, but he also went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort during such a stressful time. Jeff's genuine empathy and kindness were evident throughout the entire process, making a difficult situation much more manageable. He even set up a generator to clear the water and hook up essential appliances, demonstrating his dedication to customer care. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Jeff and his team of skilled professionals for their outstanding service during times of crisis. They truly deserve every bit of recognition and praise. A Happy Ending
We just moved to Maine, in Saco last month,
A turnkey abode, nice address,
But yesterday cleaning and doing some stuff,
I messed up, created duress.
Though started out great, our day would decline,
I painted our guest room with speed,
My wife and I after, would go out for lunch,
A tryst to relax we would need.
Alas, didnt happen, my clumsiness peaked,
Our dining date wasnt fulfilled,
While moving around, to do the last wall,
A gallon of primer I spilled.
We desperately tried, to sop up the mess,
The carpet was now full of paint,
A puddle of stickiness all splashed around,
Some curse words were put on restraint.
Oh No! As we panicked, now what should we do?
I screamed, Lets call Jeff at Bone Dry,
His Nurse, Crystal answered our desperate plea,
We hoped he had time to stop by.
The Doctor came through, hed see us real soon,
He came and prediction was great,
His skill and his tools had cured our wet rug,
My bad attitude would abate.
With treatment and dryers, the carpet survived,
With thanks to Bone Dry, were elated,
If Jeff didnt come, our rug wouldve died,
Plus, replacement cost if we had waited.
So, if you are looking for clean carpets now,
Theres only one thing I can say,
