I had a very positive experience at the Portland Treasury Office, was very grateful and just wanted to share it. I made a silly mistake regarding the title for my vehicle and I had to go back to the treasury to see what needed to be done to correct it. The women working there tracked down Rebecca, who I believe is a manager, to help me. Rebecca was very kind and patient, she gathered all the information and went back to begin calling the state. Even though the mistake was mine, she went the extra mile to help me out so that I didnt have to come back in a third time. Later that day I received a phone call from her letting me know everything had been wrapped up. Its so nice to be helped by someone who is not only competent but also a good human being! Thanks Rebecca!
