It was so much fun and professional at the same time !!! We learned to make croissants ! Justine and Will were awesome and the croissants tasted so good! Booked another class already. Would highly recommend.
I went back to Bravo Maine for my sons birthday! It was the best party for 5 years old. The kids got to make pasta from scratch, slice up veggies and make cannolis. There were instructors to help and everyone had a fantastic time. Great birthday idea as you can privatize the space for 2 hours while kids are learning to cook .

My sister gifted me this experience for the holidays and it did not disappoint! It was my first time making homemade pasta (tagliatelle) for our chicken Marsala cooking lesson. Justine, the owner was lovely. Very well organized through every phase of the process. They offered aprons and non-alcoholic beverages upon arrival. Quaint tables were set for dining for when our meal was complete. Abilene and Joseph were on hand to assist us. We even learned how to make cannolis. It was a small, intimate group of novice chefs in attendance. One suggestion is to have name tags. It would have helped eliminate asking several times when keeping food items separate from others. Very clean and fun for an evening out with someone you love. I can't wait to try another class. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Had a wonderful day with my friend making croissants! They looked amazing, and tasted even better. We also got a bonus "mini lesson" when we assisted in making our lunch.

We had an amazing time tonight making a delicious thai diner. The class was led by a fun and easy going chef who taught us a lot of good and easy tricks. I definitely want to replicate this diner at home! The logistics of that night was also very smooth, going from one dish to the next.
It was the perfect date night! The food was very generous so we brought some back.
We will be back!
